August 31: Evening Session with Dinner includes a welcome and introductions and goal setting for the rest of the event.
September 1: The day combines full and small group discussions and planning work including the state of civil society and philanthropy, community mapping and opportunities for growth.
September 2: Building on the work from the previous day, NGO and IT participants will have the opportunity to work together assessing, finding and even exploring the use of IT for the NGO’s needs.
September 3: NGOs will continue working on the strategic planning process started earlier in the event while IT participants have the opportunity to participate in an unconference, an open space facilitated to surface conversations, sharing, presentations and more.
September 4: The final morning includes presentations from the NGO participants and a formal closing before lunch.
All days also include space for optional evening activities.
